central location modern finishings
the hotel's location is central. it is easy to walk to many sights or find transport. the room i stayed in had modern toilet finishings. it felt really clean.
the air-conditioning in the room did not seem adequate.

street noise thin windows
the noise from the street was awful, especially at night. trams, buses, and cars created a constant din due to the building's location between two high walls. earplugs were essential, otherwise sleep was impossible.

a gem in the city
helpful staff spacious room great location
I appreciated the staff. They were helpful with my luggage and even stored it for a couple of days after i checked out (a real kindness). the room was quite spacious, clean, and had all the main facilities i needed, like a safe, a fridge, and a window i could open. the location was unbeatable. It was close to restaurants, shops, public transport, and all the spots i wanted to visit.
The soundproofing wasn't ideal. I could hear street noise and some noise from the hallway, which occasionally interrupted my sleep. (earplugs might be helpful!)

competent staff electric kettle
The location was excellent. I had easy access to buses and lots of eating places. The room included an electric kettle for tea making, a true bonus. I also found the reception staff cute and competent. They staff provided twenty-four hour front desk service.
The air conditioner was not working properly. It was impossible to adjust it. The room became freezing, and I got sick. Turning it off seemed impossible too.
